Advice If I still remember right, Prosperous Island is Fortune Island. I am not 100% sure so you have to check it up. But this ID quests just want you to take your time to exploring Hero island. Enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee

Advice Follow the teisatsu (scout) near the area (578,-936) Should be easy to spot since he have a red ring below his feets. You wont have to kill it, but just follow it quietly and on distance. If you’re too close he will disappear.

Advice The old drunkard can appear everywhere. I only remember 2 places so far (352,-1003) and (333,-1070) Might be more places but for now only these. Good luck!
